This is it! My brand new mixer from my good friends for my birthday! Yay! I'm so excited! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I'm so spoilt!

Thanks Santos! Yes my smart friends knew it was a gift that would 'keep on giving' back to them! ha ha. I'd like to bake something at least once a fortnight...once a week is far too ambitious for me! Stay tuned for more baking adventures (though not nearly as exciting as your latest coconut adventures! Yum!)
